Project Ideas
- Guitar Tuner, led by Lucas: an intermediate DSP application using Zybo's on-chip SoC and ADC.
- Ethernet, led by Bo: implementing an Ethernet interface from the ground up using custom hardware and PMOD extensions.
- RISC-V Processor, led by Miguel: a beginner-friendly processor design project focused on building a RISC-V based core.
Workshop Notes
- Workshop #1 is Intro to FPGAs on September 4, 2026 at 6 PM in LAR 234.
- Future workshop topics from the GBM included UVM, system design, and safe clock domain crossings.
